No, not of the "Steve" variety.

Job have lately dominated my world, and specifically, it's the pursuit of new ones.  Three of the four of us in my little tribe are after new jobs, full time, part time, new challenges and so on.  It makes for interesting conversations and very focussed actions.  It reminds me that searching or applying for a new role is usually the opposite of 'same old, same old' - those ruts we can find ourselves in when nothing new is on the horizon and what we do doesn't challenge us.  That boredom is certainly not present when looking for a new job.

So if you ever need to feel a little excited and unbalanced about what's coming up - I suggest a new job search.  It'll wake you up. Guaranteed.
